Chris Giamou, Co-Founder of GIA Property Management Ltd., brings over 40 years of expertise in property management and real estate development. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chris possesses a deep understanding of the financial and legal intricacies of real estate, which is invaluable to our company and the clients we serve.

Throughout his career, Chris has played a pivotal role in delivering more than $5.0 billion worth of real estate projects in the Greater Toronto Area, encompassing over 4,000 residential units and 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

His CPA designation equips him with the analytical rigor and financial acumen to ensure sound fiscal management, compliance, and strategic planning for our company and the properties we manage.

Chris’s extensive experience and professional credentials enhance GIA’s ability to provide tailored, reliable, and financially secure property management services, offering our clients peace of mind and exceptional value.

Mike Giamou

Mike Giamou is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in real estate finance, property management, and business operations. He holds multiple accreditations, including CRF (Certified Real Estate Finance), ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager), and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) through the REIC and IREM regulatory agencies. Currently a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate, Mike is also a licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the USA.

With a proven track record of success, Mike has facilitated over $200 million in real estate-related loans, showcasing his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver tailored solutions for clients. His hands-on experience extends to supervising numerous construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.

As a visionary leader, Mike brings operational organization and strategic direction to GIA Property Management. His modern, forward-thinking approach drives the company’s success in managing a diverse portfolio, ranging from high-rise residential rentals and condominiums to commercial and industrial properties. Wesley Mallory

Senior Property Manager

Wes is a seasoned property management professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in leasing, resident administration, and condominium management. As the leader of GIA Property Management’s team, Wes plays a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service to our diverse portfolio of condominium corporations, residential properties, and commercial spaces.

Since obtaining his full Condominium Manager’s License in 2023, Wesley has been recognized for his expertise in navigating the complexities of condominium management. He works closely with boards of directors and residents, ensuring that their communities operate efficiently, transparently, and harmoniously.

His commitment to excellence and proactive approach to problem-solving have earned him a stellar reputation among our clients.

Wes’ primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each property he manages. Under his leadership, our property management team consistently delivers results that exceed client expectations, reinforcing GIA Property Management’s reputation for excellence in the industry.

Jesse Harris

Jesse Harris, ACoM, ARM
Project Manager

Jesse is a results-driven, focused, and hard-working professional with over 15 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, and landscaping services. His expertise in delivering projects on time and within budget, combined with exceptional managerial skills, ensures seamless execution of all aspects of property management.

With a strong educational foundation from Seneca College, Jesse has earned his ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from IREM and REIC. In 2018, he furthered his education by taking condominium management courses through ACMO and is actively working toward achieving his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation.

As the leader of our in-house maintenance team, Jesse oversees the daily operations of condominium corporations and rental properties across our portfolio. He is also GIA Property Management’s dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering and executing capital repair and improvement projects from inception to completion. His meticulous approach includes initial project scoping, contractor procurement, budget management, timeline adherence, and quality assurance.

Jesse has successfully supervised over $10 million in capital repair projects, encompassing major infrastructure upgrades, envelope restorations, mechanical system replacements, and more. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a vital asset to our team and a trusted partner to our clients.

Brit Poff
Admin Team Lead

Brit is a highly skilled and versatile professional with over 15 years of experience providing administrative support across multiple industries, including aviation, real estate, finance, research & development, and technical fields. Her expertise spans working with small business owners to supporting C-suite executives in global corporations, making her adaptable to a wide range of operational needs.

Brit joined GIA Property Management as a Condominium Administrator and quickly demonstrated her exceptional organizational skills and ability to streamline workflows. She played a pivotal role in implementing processes and procedures that significantly improved operational efficiency across the company. Recognizing her leadership and initiative, Brit now serves as Admin Team Lead, overseeing a team of more than five staff members.

Brit’s contributions are vital to GIA’s success, as she ensures the smooth execution of daily operations, fosters a culture of accountability and excellence within her team, and acts as a crucial link between departments. Her keen eye for detail, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to manage complex administrative tasks allow GIA to maintain its high standards of client service.

With her depth of experience and commitment to operational excellence, Brit is an invaluable asset to GIA, driving efficiency and ensuring the team has the support needed to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Judd Garcia, CPA (PH)
Client Bookkeeper

Judd is a highly skilled accounting professional with a degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license obtained in the Philippines in 2015. Before joining ConnectCPA and GIA Property Management, Judd served as Finance and Accounting Manager for a leading logistics company in the Philippines, where he honed his expertise in financial management and operational accounting.

As Accounting Team Lead at GIA, Judd plays a pivotal role in managing the financial records for properties across our portfolio. His responsibilities include recording payables, receivables, and other monetary transactions, as well as performing month-end bank reconciliations to ensure balances are accurate and complete.

Judd’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy are instrumental in maintaining up-to-date, organized, and compliant financial records. Working closely with GIA principals Chris and Mike under Chris’s expert guidance, Judd liaises with internal and external financial advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of financial management.

With his strong background, exceptional organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, Judd is a vital part of GIA’s operations, ensuring our clients have the financial clarity and confidence they need to achieve their goals.

Marco Sciardi

Marco Sciardi brings a wealth of expertise and versatility to the GIA Property Management team as our dedicated Sales Associate. With a strong academic foundation in mathematics from Ryerson University and over eight years of experience in banking, Marco possesses a unique analytical edge that enhances his ability to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.

As a licensed realtor and mortgage agent, Marco completes GIA Property Management’s full-service offering, making us truly capable of managing all aspects of real estate in-house. Whether it’s leasing, selling, or financing properties, Marco’s dual licensure ensures seamless support for our clients, eliminating the need for external resources.
