Jesse Harris, ACoM, ARM
Project Manager
Jesse is a results-driven, focused, and hard-working professional with over 15 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, and landscaping services. His expertise in delivering projects on time and within budget, combined with exceptional managerial skills, ensures seamless execution of all aspects of property management.
With a strong educational foundation from Seneca College, Jesse has earned his ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from IREM and REIC. In 2018, he furthered his education by taking condominium management courses through ACMO and is actively working toward achieving his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation.
As the leader of our in-house maintenance team, Jesse oversees the daily operations of condominium corporations and rental properties across our portfolio. He is also GIA Property Management’s dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering and executing capital repair and improvement projects from inception to completion. His meticulous approach includes initial project scoping, contractor procurement, budget management, timeline adherence, and quality assurance.
Jesse has successfully supervised over $10 million in capital repair projects, encompassing major infrastructure upgrades, envelope restorations, mechanical system replacements, and more. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a vital asset to our team and a trusted partner to our clients.
Brit Poff
Admin Team Lead
Brit is a highly skilled and versatile professional with over 15 years of experience providing administrative support across multiple industries, including aviation, real estate, finance, research & development, and technical fields. Her expertise spans working with small business owners to supporting C-suite executives in global corporations, making her adaptable to a wide range of operational needs.
Brit joined GIA Property Management as a Condominium Administrator and quickly demonstrated her exceptional organizational skills and ability to streamline workflows. She played a pivotal role in implementing processes and procedures that significantly improved operational efficiency across the company. Recognizing her leadership and initiative, Brit now serves as Admin Team Lead, overseeing a team of more than five staff members.
Brit’s contributions are vital to GIA’s success, as she ensures the smooth execution of daily operations, fosters a culture of accountability and excellence within her team, and acts as a crucial link between departments. Judd Garcia, CPA (PH)
Client Bookkeeper
Judd is a highly skilled accounting professional with a degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license obtained in the Philippines in 2015. Before joining ConnectCPA and GIA Property Management, Judd served as Finance and Accounting Manager for a leading logistics company in the Philippines, where he honed his expertise in financial management and operational accounting.
As Accounting Team Lead at GIA, Judd plays a pivotal role in managing the financial records for properties across our portfolio. His responsibilities include recording payables, receivables, and other monetary transactions, as well as performing month-end bank reconciliations to ensure balances are accurate and complete.
Judd’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy are instrumental in maintaining up-to-date, organized, and compliant financial records. Working closely with GIA principals Chris and Mike under Chris’s expert guidance, Judd liaises with internal and external financial advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest standards of financial management.

As a licensed realtor and mortgage agent, Marco completes GIA Property Management’s full-service offering, making us truly capable of managing all aspects of real estate in-house.
